Abstract
This article presents the architectural views of Hodges, the English artist and traveler (1744-1797) and their influence on aesthetic visions of Schelling, the founder of German romanticism. Schelling considered architecture of the transition period from classicism to historicism and eclecticism. It is shown that Hodges' vision of the oriental architecture was romanticized. He refused from the recognition of ancient Greek architecture as the only true measure of taste, and asserted the importance of climatic characteristics and national culture. Along with the ancient Greek architecture, Hodges emphasized the high artistic value of Egyptian, Indian, Moorish, and Gothic architecture. In accordance with romantic philosophy to unite the opposites of objective and subjective and recognizing the importance of the different styles of architecture, Hodges stated their essential unity, which had natural origins. Hodges’ ideas anticipated the trends of development of postclassical architecture.

Abstract
In compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the strategic planning of the country and the region should be in close cooperation with regional planning to form the integrated system of strategic planning at federal, regional and municipal levels. Due to this fact, the analysis of existing approaches is required to prepare documents for strategic and land-use planning, assessment of their current state and developing proposals for increasing the level of correspondence between these documents. The effectiveness of strategic planning and feasibility of objectives depend on the solution of this problem. This paper presents the analysis of the current strategy and land-use planning in the Tomsk region. The role of land and property complex is shown for this process and necessity for its allowance for achieving strategic goals and choosing territorial and spatial decisions is shown in this paper.

Abstract
The paper presents the stress-strain analysis of thick circular plates used in the design and construction of solid monolithic foundations, pressure vessels, press-tools and others. The methodology of calculation of quasi-static stress-strain state is suggested in this paper for a circular plate under the axial external loading. The applied variable differential method is the implementation of Lagrange principle using the finite-difference method. Geometric relations are taken in the form of Cauchy equations, and physical relations are accepted to be nonlinear and described by Ilyushin deformation theory of plasticity.

Abstract
OF SINGLE BEAMS The paper presents the investigations of stress-strain state of beams made of nonlinear material subjected to tensile and compressive deformations. The suggested numerical method is based on linearization of the system of equations. Based on this method, a series of numerical experiments is carried out, the results of which show that the deformation properties of the material do not follow the classical Hooke's law. Thus, the physical nonlinearity and different resistance of the material lead to a substantial change in the structural tensile deformation when compared to linear calculations. The maximum difference in the load limit is 23,4 %, while in the rotation angles and deflections, its is respectively 14,83 and 15,9 %. This, non-linear properties and different resistance of the material should be taken into account in this structural analysis.

Abstract
OF WOOD-CEMENT COMPOSITIONS Wood-cement compositions are being more and more widely used in construction industry. The paper is dealt with the combined processes underlying the structure formation of cement hardening connected one hand with hydration and hydrolysis of cement minerals and on the other, with the formation of calcium phosphates of different basicity. The composition of calcium phosphates is regulated by the introduced amount of buffer solutions and acetic acid. The modern methods of physicochemical analysis are used in the experiment that allow the identification of hardening products in wood-cement compositions. It is shown that buffer solutions used as mixing liquid improve the serviceability of wood-cement compositions as compared to the known analogs.

Abstract
The paper presents the staging effect of bituminous binder production method on physical and chemical properties. The experiment allows comparing the binder production process at various technological parameters. It is shown that a two-stage process with the preliminary production of concentrated suspension of composite bituminous binder is the optimum. Under the given conditions of thermomechanical treatment, this binder possesses the best physicochemical properties. The increase in the number of stages of rubber crumb introduction during the production of concentrated suspension leads to deterioration in bituminous binder properties.

Abstract
The article describes the wearing mechanism of flooring made of wood-polymer composites (decking). It is shown that the contact between the wood-polymer composite and footwear is performed through the "third body" represented by a microscopic dust-air layer. The calculation of the average lifecycle of flooring is carried out using the corrected linear hypothesis of damage summation. According to this hypothesis, the service life of wood-polymer composite can achieve 17,5 years.
