Abstract
The paper is devoted to the artistic legacy of notable Catalonian architect Luis (Lluís) Domenech i Montaner (1850-1923). Some of its creative activity is considered and three the most famous projects carried out in the traditions of Catalonian modern (Modernisme), such as Casa Lleó Morera (1903-1906), Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (1902-1930) and Palau de la Música Catalana (1904-1908). It is shown that his artistic legacy as recognized as early as in his own lifetime.

Abstract
The paper presents four levels of sustainable architectural objects based on systematization of empirical material according to their time of appearance and impact on the architectural style. The identification of sustainable architecture with technological characteristics of objects is eliminated. Passive houses are considered as the initial form of the implementation of the sustainable architecture concept, the distinctive features of smart house systems are shown, the characteristics of self-contained buildings are identified. In the final part, the active house is analyzed as the most modern type of objects of sustainable architecture. Information about technological and engineering parameters of buildings is systemized in this paper, and the impact of stable standards and properties on the architectural style and its aesthetic and art advantages is shown.

Abstract
The article presents the results of experimental studies of basalt fiber concrete under the compressive and tensile loads. It is shown that basalt fiber reinforcement with basalt has a positive effect on the concrete strength and deformation properties. Based on the statistical analysis of the experimental data, analytic expressions are proposed to identify the main strength and deformation properties of fiber-reinforced concrete under the compressive and tensile loads. The calculating diagrams are obtained for the nonlinear deformation of basalt fiber-reinforced concrete under static and dynamic loads.

Abstract
This paper presents results of the physical experiment the standing wave method and numerical investigations of eigenfrequencies and vibration modes of large-panel buildings. The physical experiment allows determining the natural the building eigenfrequencies and vibration modes. The obtained experimental findings are compared with the different finite element models of the building that allows detecting the factors having an effect on the dynamic characteristics of the large-panel building. Additionally, it is shown that the different local defects (reduction of foundation at a separate area rigidity and that of the structural elements) do not have a significant effect on eigenfrequencies and vibration modes of large-panel buildings.

Abstract
The paper presents the research results and the analysis of the initial deflection effect on the displacement and deformation of the flexible reinforcing plates under the asymmetrical transverse loading. The plates of 0,7 h ; h ( h = 1 cm) thickness are considered herein. The obtained diagrams of deflections and deformations intensity are analyzed in the most characteristic points depending on the amount and direction of the initial deflection at the different transverse loading that induces both elastic and elasto-plastic deformations.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the finite element modeling (FEM) and analysis of thermal Mises stress distribution in a concrete rod depending on the temperature gradient at a stage of Portland cement hardening. The FEM is represented by a rectangular rod 10´10´45 cm size, the side walls of which are insulated with expanded polystyrene 2 cm thick. One end face of the rod is cooled to T = 273 K, while its opposite end face is heated to various temperatures, namely: 273, 280, 290, 320, 360 and 380 K. The computations are carried out using COMSOL Multi-Physics software system. The analysis shows that the difference in thermal stresses during the hardening of different concrete areas achieves the value that increases with the gradient increase of the external temperature field.

Abstract
The paper presents the theoretical and experimental results on silicate melts produced by the low-temperature plasma used for the spherical particle production. The experiments allow detecting physic-chemical processes observed during the production of silicate melts from the bottom ash waste. The melting curves are obtained for the bottom ash waste model system and that one based on its actual chemical composition. It is shown that the silicate melt is obtained due to the low-temperature plasma with heating rate of over 1000 °С per second and characterized by the concurrent melting of all phases, in contrast to the processes occurring at conventional heating rates of 0,5-1 °С per second.

Abstract
The article presents investigation results of raw acid fluoride binder for the production of dry nix mortars. The compositions of plasters and colour pastes are suggested. It is shown that the addition of brick dust and pigments to the composition creates mortars suitable for making masonry. They possess the required in-use performance and the optimum vapor permeability. Such compositions are recommended for the old building reconstruction.

Abstract
The paper describes the practical experience in using vacuum tube solar collectors for water heating in two residential houses in Yakutia. The research results on solar radiation in the Republic of Sakha are analyzed and presented in standard documents. The average monthly and annual solar radiation input to the receiving area of solar collectors is calculated and the optimum angle of collector inclination is determined in relation to the horizon.

Abstract
The paper presents the organization model of low-rise development, including a system of indicative assessment of efficiency of the interaction between its subjects at all stages. The development of basic organization model of interaction in implementing the investment projects of low-rise development in Russia. This research can be applied to elaborate documents on territorial-sectoral planning and programs of construction industry including low-rise development. The laws and problems of interaction between the investment project participants and the economic nature of these problems are determined herein. The new model of interaction between the subjects of low-rise development is suggested and the methodology of their efficiency assessment. With the help of the suggested model, the qualitatively functional and subjective environment is identified in which the subject functions of low-rise development vary depending on a variety of investments. This model shows the interaction between the participants of the investment project and the level of their responsibility as well as the efficiency of interaction between the subjects during the implementation of the investment project of low-rise development. Based on the established laws and assessment of efficiency of subject interaction, the efficiency of this interaction can be improved. This provides a more precise planning of low-rise development and reduction of financial, economic, political, government, force majeur and entrepreneurial risks.

Abstract
This article investigates the pile interaction in water-deposited clayey soil during their indentation. The results of field research concern the impressing force of 30´30 cm 38 reinforced concrete prismatic piles indented on the construction site in Tomsk. A comparison is given for the experimental and theoretical data obtained for the impressing force in accordance with SNiP 24.13330.2011. The investigations show that the actual impressing force in water-deposited clayey soil is significantly smaller than that calculated in accordance with SNiP (9-108 %). It leads to the inconsistent energy consumption due to the pile field organization and the increase of working costs.

Abstract
This article considers the problems of rutting caused by the accumulation of permanent strains in the subgrade soil. The main attention is paid to the degree of subgrade soil compaction affecting the development of residual deformation in road structural elements. The methodology is suggested to investigate cohesive soils that develop residual deformations using the dynamic testing machine. The obtained results are analyzed using the dynamic soils tests.

Abstract
The paper presents the analysis of the conditions and dependencies of the loading parameters and the stress-strain state of composite steel bridge beams under static and dynamic loading. The dependences are obtained for the real impact of the vehicle-superstructure system on the supporting beams and the stress-strain state. The special attention is paid to the inertial effects from the dead weight of the beams under the dynamic loading.

Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of optimization of steel structures of dragline excavators with compound boom. The stages of excavator boom optimization are considered. A computer-aided design system WinMachine is used for these investigations. The intermediate results of the experiment are represented by the allocation map of equivalent stress distribution and their dependence on the installation angle of installation of the bottom boom section. Recommendations are given for the angle of installation of the bottom boom section to reduce maximum stresses.
