DEFORMATION OF FIBER-REINFORCED CONCRETE BENDING ELEMENTS UNDER DYNAMIC LOAD

Abstract

The paper presents the experimental analysis of reinforced concrete elements having steel fiber reinforcement in compression zone and high-tensile reinforcement in tensile zone under the dynamic load. The new experimental data are obtained for the processes of resistance of fiber-reinforced concrete elements having a mixed reinforcement, deformation, crack propagation, and failure of such constructions under the intensive dynamic load. Prerequisites and the design technique for fiber-reinforced steel bending elements are presented herein in terms of the dynamic load.
