The second Home Impact on Feasibility of Town Planning Documentation

Abstract

The paper deals with the proportional dependence between the space planning and cost parameters of second homes situated within the city boundaries and its population. It is shown that many of garden areas located along the highways, are purchased by businessmen for the organization of a roadside business. The causes of the increase in the cost and timing of new construction instead of demolished second homes are described in this paper.
