IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW SAFETY MEASURES ON WORKING AT HEIGHTS

Abstract

Injuries in the work production at height in the construction account for over 26 % of the total number of injuries. New regulations adopted in Russia are tighten the requirements for works carried out at height. Now, for such type of works before the start, it is necessary to develop the working plan at higher levels and a technological map should be designed for stationary work places. In order to reduce labor costs and increase the availability of safety measures, standard documents should be developed for their general implementation and use. The scheme of a typical production schedule of scaffolding installation and dismantling of 1,8 m height is suggested in the paper.
