Formation of Social Subcenters in West Siberian Cities
Abstract
The paper describes the characteristic features and methods of forming social sub-centers. The analysis is carried out for the historical formation and development, and also the current state of general urban plans in West Siberia. The investigation of the main sub-centers includes the history of formation and development of Tomsk urban areas and the current state of the social sub-centers of Tomsk is analyzed. The analysis shows their role in the improvement of the spatial planning.
