В статье рассмотрены ключевые аспекты салютогенеза, приведены примеры, демонстрирующие работу по адаптации больных в паллиативных учреждениях, которая напрямую влияет на архитектуру зданий, организацию планировочной и функциональной модели.</p><p>Теория салютогенеза заключается в том, что существует три вида внутренних ресурсов, которые поддерживают и укрепляют здоровье человека, их совокупность обеспечивает принцип когерентности – движения вперед, оно противостоит энтропийным силам болезни и немощи. Принцип когерентности состоит из ресурсов, которые улучшают управляемость – способность поддерживать гомеостаз и физическую функцию; ресурсов, которые улучшают понятность, постижимость – способность увидеть порядок и смысл даже в неопределенных ситуациях; ресурсов, которые обогащают чувство осмысленности, значимости – желания и причины, которые в первую очередь дают нам необходимость сопротивляться болезни. В исследовании рассмотрены теоретические аспекты салютогенеза в контексте создания специализированных учреждений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The salutogenesis concept is widely used in a healthcare system, but many architects of hospices do not use this term.
