Выделены факторы, определяющие формирование водно-теплового режима грунтов земляного полотна, и показаны особенности создания информационной базы данных для моделирования геокомплексами. Обоснован комплекс расчётных значений характеристик грунтов, дифференцированный по однородным, с позиции географических признаков, территориям в административных образованиях Западно-Сибирского региона.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes the methodology of accounting climatic conditions in transport facility design. Factors and creation of the database of geo-complex modeling are described for the formation of hydrologic and thermal conditions for subgrade soils.
