Представлены новации в области наружного освещения в роли факторов воздействия и трансформации планировочной структуры города и ее отдельных элементов: улично-дорожной сети, пешеходных путей и пространств, ландшафтно-рекреационных зон. Описаны основные требования, принципы и приемы организации наружного освещения в пространстве важнейших элементов городской структуры, способствующие решению стратегических проблем освещения: создание комфортной световой среды и благоустройства, удовлетворение нравственных и эстетических потребностей, повышение благополучия жителей и гостей города. Сформулированы концептуальные решения наружного освещения в контексте современных тенденций развития городского пространства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes engineering and technical solutions that determine the development of modern outdoor lighting: safety, light comfort, aesthetics of urban space architecture, energy efficiency. Outdoor lighting innovations affect the city planning structure and its elements, such as road network, pedestrian paths and spaces, landscape and recreational areas. The article describes the basic requirements, principles and techniques for organizing outdoor lighting in the city structure that contribute to solving strategic lighting problems such as creation of the comfort lighting zones and amenities, satisfaction of ethical and aesthetic needs and wellbeing of residents and visitors.
