Последствия таких событий влекут за собой большие человеческие и экономические потери, а методы их решения не всегда эффективны и рациональны. Целью настоящей работы является изучение способа повышения взрывобезопасности строительных конструкций вследствие податливости опор. В работе представлены результаты численных исследований прочности и деформативности податливых опор в виде труб кольцевого сечения при статическом и кратковременном динамическом нагружении. Проведена оценка степени влияния податливых опор, имеющих три характерные стадии деформирования: упругую, упругопластическую, упругопластическую с отвердением. Изложена методика численных исследований. Установлено, что жесткость податливых опор существенно влияет на их НДС. При увеличении жесткости сминаемых вставок зависимость между нагрузкой и деформированием опоры в упругой и пластической стадиях имеет линейных характер. Установлено значительное снижение динамической реакции и увеличение времени деформирования податливых опор при увеличении их пластической составляющей, что позволяет полагать возможность их применения в качестве опорных устройств для железобетонных изгибаемых и сжато-изгибаемых конструкций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The extreme natural and man-made impacts on buildings have become more frequent for the past time due to the explosion of condensed explosives or explosive combustion of gas-vapor or air-coal mixtures. These accidents involve large human and economic losses and their prevention methods are not always effective and reasonable. The aim of this paper is to study the method of enhancing the explosion safety of buildings by means of yielding supports. The paper presents numerical results on strength ad deformability of yielding supports in the form of annular tubes under static and dynamic loads. The effect from yielding supports is estimated taking into account three stages of deformation, namely elastic, elasto-plastic, and elasto-plastic with hardening. It is shown that the rigidity of yielding supports significantly affects their stress-strain state. With increasing rigidity of deformable elements, the dependency between load and deformation of yielding supports in elastic and plastic stages is linear. Significant reduction is observed in relation to the dynamic response and the deformation time increases with the increase of the plastic component.
