Как следствие, растет потребность в пространствах, способствующих снижению стресса, улучшению когнитивных функций организма и эмоциональной регуляции.</p><p>Целью статьи является анализ тенденций в проектировании терапевтической среды и формирование принципов архитектурного проектирования центра психоэмоционального здоровья.</p><p>Методологическую базу исследования составили структурный и архитектурно-градостроительный анализ, а также методы систематизации и классификации полученных данных. В рамках работы была изучена профильная литература.</p><p>В результате исследования выявлены критерии для выбора и последующего анализа архитектурного пространства медицинских реабилитационных центров и общественных пространств с культурной и досуговой функцией. На основе проведенного анализа 12 архитектурных объектов сформулированы авторские принципы проектирования современных центров психоэмоционального здоровья. Особое внимание уделено концепции терапевтической среды и механизмам ее воздействия на психоэмоциональное состояние человека. Архитектура рассматривается как активный инструмент формирования комфортного и безопасного пространства, способствующего восстановлению ментального благополучия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of the study is driven by mental health issues in the society. Consequently, there is a growing need for spaces that promote stress reduction, improved cognitive function, and emotional regulation.</p><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: The purpose of this work is to formulate architectural design principles for a psychological and emotional health center.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology: The structural and architectural-urban analysis, the literature review, systematizing and classifying the data obtained.</p></sec><sec><title>Research findings</title><p>Research findings: Criteria are identified for selection and subsequent analysis of the architectural space of medical rehabilitation and cultural and leisure centers. Based on the analysis of 12 architectural objects, design principles are formulated for modern psychological and emotional health centers. Particular attention is paid to the therapeutic environment and mechanisms of its influence on the psychoemotional state of a person.
