В работе проведены физико-химические исследования структуры и свойств синтезированной наномодифицированной добавки на основе местного сырья - торфа - путем его пиролизной обработки без доступа воздуха. Показано, что добавка представляет собой совокупность различных форм наноуглерода в сочетании с полярными и неполярными адсорбентами, роль которых выполняют оксид кремния (SiO2), карбонат кальция (СаСО3) и углерод (С), составляющие основу минеральной части низинного торфа. Испытания исследуемой добавки типа ТМТ-600 (патент РФ № 107151) показали, что ее различное процентное содержание необходимо для регулирования триботехнических свойств пар трибосопряжений различной степени нагруженности. При этом при содержании 0,5 масс. % наблюдается стабилизация коэффициента трения и повышение нагрузки схватывания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents physicochemical investigations of structure and properties of nano-modifier synthesized from the local raw material, namely, peat obtained by its pyrolysis in air-free conditions. This nano-modifying additive is a combination of various forms of nanocarbon and polar and non-polar adsorbing materials such as silica (SiO2), calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and carbon (C). Test results of the type TMT-600 modifier (RF Patent N 107151) show that its different percentage is required to modify tribological properties of the steel tribocouple under different loading conditions.
