Разработка и реализация модели жизненного цикла предприятия на основе процессного подхода дают возможность не только повысить безопасность эксплуатации, но и предусмотреть возможные аварийные ситуации и своевременно повлиять на решения, направленные на предотвращение аварий. Обращается внимание на то, что анализ работы предприятия дает возможность выделения наиболее опасных процессов, требующих детального изучения на основе дополнительно проведенных экспериментальных и численных исследований. Обсуждаются вопросы безопасной эксплуатации энергетических объектов и возможность реализации проектных решений для обеспечения штатной работы агрегатов, являющихся источником опасности и принятия решений, направленных на предотвращение возможных аварий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper discusses the application of the process approach for the lifecycle analysis of highly dangerous facilities including design, building, normative-technical support and operation. Design and development of the lifecycle model based on the process approach allow not only to increase the operation safety but also foresee emergency situations and timely correct the decisions oriented to their prevention. The analysis of the enterprise operation highlights the most critical processes, which require detailed studying based on the additional experimental and calculation research.
