Актуальность. Начало XXI в. постепенно окружает исторические здания городов современной многоэтажной застройкой, высотными зданиями жилых районов и торговых центров. Это вызывает вопросы о необходимости сохранения исторической архитектуры. Во многих городах мира за последние полвека архитектурных реконструкций проявились направления бережного отношения к истории и памятникам культурного наследия, сформировались определенные приемы в проектировании новых зданий, примыкающих к историческим кварталам, улицам, площадям. Анализ существующего международного опыта архитектурного проектирования и реставрации зданий демонстрирует новые подходы к сохранению и адаптации объектов культурного наследия к жизни современного города и формированию принципов проектирования современных зданий в исторической среде старого города.
Цель исследования заключается в изучении опыта проектирования и строительства современных жилых и общественных зданий в пределах исторической части города в едином архитектурном пространстве.
Результаты исследования позволяют получить новые знания и методологии проектирования для создания современной застройки, способной гармонично существовать с историческими ансамблями прошлых столетий.
In the 21st century, historical buildings are gradually surrounded by modern high-rise buildings, residential areas and shopping centers, raising questions about preservation of the historical architecture. Over the past half century of architectural renovations in many cities around the world, there has been a shift towards preserving the historical and cultural heritage. Certain techniques are developed to design new buildings adjacent to historical streets and squares.
Methodology: The analysis of the international experience in architectural design and restoration of old buildings, new approaches to preservation and adaptation of the cultural heritage to the modern city and the formation of design principles of modern buildings in the historical environment of an old city.
Purpose: The aim of the work is to examine the experience in design and construction of modern residential and public buildings within the historical part of the city in architectural space.
Value: This research helps to gain new knowledge and design methodologies for creating modern buildings that can coexist harmoniously with historical ensembles of previous centuries.
