Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме – сохранению уникального деревянного зодчества г. Томска.
Целью исследования является поиск решения сохранения групповых зон деревянного зодчества через комплексное развитие территорий в утвержденных границах исторического поселения.
В работе применены методы нормативного подхода и сравнительного анализа положительных практик последних пяти лет при сохранении культурного наследия в исторических поселениях России. Методологической основой исследования являются теоретические труды в области комплексного подхода к решению всех проблемных направлений обозначенной темы и натурные исследования состояния групповых зон деревянного зодчества Томска.
Научная новизна заключается в сочетании анализа теоретических наработок исследователей, современных нормативных документов и новейших реализуемых российских практик в области культурного наследия для выстраивания методического алгоритма сохранения групповых зон деревянного зодчества с учетом комплексного развития территорий г. Томска.
В результате в качестве самого эффективного метода сохранения групповых зон деревянного зодчества выделен Модельный стандарт, который позволит провести регенерацию центральной части города в границах исторического поселения Томска. При этом не только сохранится уникальное деревянное зодчество, но и будут комплексно решены задачи комфортной городской среды, развития малого и среднего бизнеса, стимулирования общественного движения на участие в общественно-культурных проектах сохранения историко-культурного наследия Томска.
Purpose: The aim of the work is to find a solution to preserve the unique wooden architecture of Tomsk through the integrated territory development within the approved boundaries of the historical settlement.
Methodology: A normative approach and comparative analysis of positive experience of the last five years in preserving cultural heritage in historical settlements in Russia. The methodological basis of research is works on the integrated approach to solving all the problems and field studies of the condition of wooden architecture zones in Tomsk.
Research findings: The model standard is identified as the most effective method of preserving wooden architecture zones, which allows reconstructing of the central part of the city within the boundaries of the historical settlement. At the same time, not only the unique wooden architecture is preserved, but also the tasks of a comfortable urban environment are solved, small and medium-sized businesses are developing, and the public movement facilitates the participation in socio-cultural projects to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of Tomsk.
Value/originality: A combination of the theoretical analysis of research developments, modern regulatory documents and the latest Russian experience in the field of cultural heritage to build a methodological algorithm for the preservation of wooden architecture zones, taking into account the integrated territory development in Tomsk.
