В настоящее время актуальными становятся вопросы обеспечения безопасности зданий при террористических актах разного характера, в том числе при атаках беспилотными летательными аппаратами (БПЛА). В исследовании рассмотрены варианты архитектурных средств защиты фасадов и внешних элементов зданий от данной угрозы, а также варианты построения объемно-планировочной структуры для обеспечения максимальной защиты находящихся в здании людей. В данном случае становится особенно важным соблюсти баланс между фактической и воспринимаемой безопасностью, избегая создания образа средневековой крепости, однако учитывая потенциальные риски и угрозы террористического характера.</p><p>Методика исследования включает в себя изучение данных о существующих при атаке БПЛА рисках и угрозах в отношении зданий и находящихся в них людей, сравнительный анализ нормативной литературы по антитеррористической защите, отечественной и зарубежной, анализ существующих способов и приемов защиты зданий средствами архитектуры и дизайна среды и систематизацию данных средств по категориям на основе структурно-типологического метода.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В качестве результатов исследования приводятся сравнительные таблицы, сделанные на основании рассмотренных материалов. Аналитические материалы включают в себя также описание моделей построения объемно-планировочной структуры и чек-лист средств, находящихся в арсенале архитектора для защиты зданий.</p><p>Выводы исследования указывают на то, как важно учитывать требования безопасности на всех этапах жизненного цикла здания, начиная от проектирования и заканчивая его эксплуатацией и возможной реконструкцией с учетом увеличившихся требований к защите.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of building security in the case of different terrorist acts, including drone attacks, is rather relevant today. The article considers the architectural protection of facades and external building elements from this threat as well as building volume-planning structure to ensure the maximum protection of people in buildings. This problem is especially important to strike a balance between actual and perceived security, not designing a medieval fortress, but taking possible risks and terrorist threats into account.</p><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology: Investigation of existing risks and threats to buildings and people in them during an attack, comparative analysis of regulatory documents on anti-terrorist protection in Russia and abroad, the analysis of existing building protection techniques through the architecture and environmental design and their systematization based on the structural-typological method.</p></sec><sec><title>Research findings</title><p>Research findings: Comparative tables based on the materials reviewed.
