В статье рассмотрены стропильные системы зданий конца XIX - начала XX в. исторического центра города Томска. В рамках исследования изучены архивные материалы ООО «СИ Сибспецпроектреставрация», проведены натурные обследования зданий, рассмотрены особенности конструкций. В результате выявлены типы стропильных систем, традиционные конструктивные решения их устройства. Обозначены ценность стропильной системы и её значимость для сохранения культурного наследия.

The article deals with the wooden rafter systems of buildings of the late 19th and early 20th century of the Tomsk-city. Archive materials of OOO Sibspetsproektrestavratsiya are studied, field survey of buildings is carried out, the structural properties are investigated in this paper. As a result, the types of the rafter systems are identified as well as their traditional design. The value of rafter systems and its importance are shown for preservation of the cultural heritage.
