Наблюдаемый в последнее время взрывной рост числа средств индивидуальной мобильности, особенно в крупных городах, обострил проблему неприспособленности транспортно-пешеходной инфраструктуры к подобного рода движению. В связи с этим приобретает особую актуальность разработка градостроительных стратегий для полноценной интеграции нового вида мобильности в систему движения на урбанизированных территориях.</p><p>Цель настоящего исследования заключается в выработке градостроительных рекомендаций по формированию инфраструктуры микромобильности для г. Казани и реализации проектных решений по её развитию.</p><p>Основные результаты исследования состоят в проведении комплексного анализа градостроительных условий, направленного на выявление особенностей, определяющих формирование инфраструктуры микромобильности в городе. Авторами определена специфика планировочной организации сети микромобильности в различных градостроительных зонах Казани. Выявлены границы и дислокация сети микромобильности города, определены её планировочные особенности и разработаны приемы формирования инфраструктуры.</p><p>Впервые выработаны градостроительные рекомендации по развитию инфраструктуры микромобильности Казани, что определяет особую значимость результатов настоящего исследования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The dramatic growth in personal mobility devices, especially in large cities, determines inadequacy of transport and pedestrian infrastructure. In this regard, it is necessary to develop the urban planning policy for a complete integration of a new type of mobility in the traffic system in urbanized territories.</p><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: The development of urban planning recommendations for the formation of micromobility infrastructure for Kazan and the project implementation for the city development.</p></sec><sec><title>Research findings</title><p>Research findings: All-round analysis of urban planning conditions to determine the formation of the micromobility infrastructure in the city. Determination of the structural organization of the micromobility network in urban planning zones in Kazan.</p></sec><sec><title>Value</title><p>Value: The urban planning recommendations are given for the development of the micromobility infrastructure in Kazan. Boundaries and dislocation of the micromobility network are identified for the city.
