В статье сформулированы неизученные вопросы жилищной реформы, осуществленной в период правления Н.С. Хрущева, кардинально изменившей характер расселения заменой коммунального жилого фонда на индивидуальный и переструктурировавшей распределение государственного бюджета из военной в гражданскую (жилищную) сферу. Статья ставит вопросы и намечает программу исследования советской жилищной политики хрущевской эпохи.
The paper presents the unexplored issues of housing reform undertaken by Khrushchev. It is shown that this reform fundamentally changed the character of the settlement due to the replacement of collective housing by the individual one and the restructure of distributing the state budget from the military to civilian (housing) sector. The paper poses problems and outlines the research program of the Soviet housing policy of Khrushchev era.
