Целью исследования является изучение и анализ влияния климатических условий на строительство зданий и сооружений. Методологическая база исследования основывается на сочетании различных общенаучных методов познания. В настоящем исследовании использовались методы анализа и синтеза информации, сравнительный метод, а также метод индукции и дедукции.</p><p>В процессе исследования было определено, что разрушение верхнего слоя литосферы, приводящее к образованию небольших частиц кварца, песка, содействует формированию пыли, что нужно учитывать при строительстве индустриальных и гражданских объектов. Особое внимание следует направить на небольшие проемы и места, где эти частицы могут оседать. Более тщательная подготовка здания, его гидроизоляция и пылеизоляция приводят к повышению стоимости здания. Подъем грунтовых вод, их засоление также оказывают влияние на ремонтные работы и капиталовложения в строительство и жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство области.</p><p>Практическая ценность представленной работы обусловлена тем, что она может быть основой для изучения проблемы влияния климатических условий на строительство зданий и сооружений. Исследование может быть использовано как практиками, так и теоретиками, занимающимися этой проблемой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: The aim of the paper is to study and analyze the influence of climatic conditions on the building construction in the territory of the Republic of Kalmykia.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology/approach</title><p>Methodology/approach: A combination of different research methods, including the data analysis and synthesis, comparative method, method of induction and deduction; the related literature review. Research find ings: It is shown that difficult geological factors such as destruction of the upper layer of the lithosphere immersed in the formation of small particles of quartz, sand, contribute to the formation of dust, which must be considered in the construction of industrial and civil objects. Particular attention is paid to small openings and areas where these particles can pass. A thorough preparation of a building, its waterproofing and dust insulation leads to an increase in the building cost, which affects the economic indicators in the region.
