Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью социально-экономического развития и территориального планирования обжитых территорий Крайнего Севера в России. Развитие сферы туризма в Республике Саха (Якутия), создание туристических зон в экстремальных природно-климатических условиях является одним из востребованных направлений. Определение оптимальных зон, подходящих для внешнего и внутреннего туризма, выявление их особенностей, необходимой инфраструктуры требуют комплексного градостроительного исследования. Приречные территории весьма актуальны в связи с наличием перспективных объектов для осуществления туризма и организации рекреационных возможностей, но на данном этапе отсутствуют исследования, которые в перспективном развитии должны быть использованы в создании системы рекреационно-туристических кластеров путем градостроительного освоения прибрежной территории р. Лены.

Цель исследования – выявление характерных особенностей градостроительного развития системы рекреационно-туристических кластеров в прибрежной зоне р. Лены Республики Саха (Якутия), выработка рекомендаций по формированию функционально-пространственной организации рекреационно-туристических кластеров и реализации проектных решений рекреационных центров по выявленным типам кластеров.

Основные результаты исследования состоят в представлении ключевых принципов градостроительного развития рекреационно-туристских кластеров прибрежной территории р. Лены Республики Саха (Якутия), разработке структурно-пространственной модели системы кластеров и проектных предложений по архитектурно-планировочной организации центров рекреационно-туристических кластеров.

Значимость полученных результатов для архитектуры и градостроительства состоит в том, что впервые разработаны градостроительные принципы формирования рекреационно-туристической системы кластеров в прибрежной зоне р. Лены в Республике Саха (Якутия), выявлены приемы архитектурно-планировочных решений центров рекреационно-туристических кластеров на основе ранее опубликованной авторами кластерной типологии с учетом природно-климатической дислокации.

The paper studies the socio-economic and urban development of inhabited territories of the Far North in Russia. The urban development in Yakutia (Russia) and creation of tourist centres in extreme climatic conditions is currently very popular. The areas suitable for external and internal tourism require the infrastructure and comprehensive urban planning. The aim of this work is to identify the characteristics of the urban development of the recreational and tourist centres in the coastal area of the Lena in Yakutia, give recommendations for functional and spatial organization of such centres and implement the design solutions for the identified center types.

Research findings include the key principles of the urban development in the coastal area of the Lena, the development of its structural and spatial model, and design solutions for the architectural and planning organization of these centres.

The novelty of this work is the first-time development of the urban planning principles for the recreational and tourist centres in the coastal area of the Lena in Yakutia and architectural and planning solutions for the recreation and tourist centers based on the previously studied typology regarding the climatic conditions of this region.
